  • Create reports and relay insights to product teams to enhance product performance.

  • Be open to occasional travel for training purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Technical knowledge in electronics and traffic safety systems.
  • Familiarity with traffic signal control technologies.
  • Patience and effective communication skills over the phone.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in technical support, ideally within the traffic control electronics sector.
  • Understanding of signalized intersection technology and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) applications.
  • Preferred experience as a signal technician.
  • IMSA certification is desirable.
  • Background in creating technical manuals and training materials.
