We are in search of a candidate with remarkable sales and leadership abilities, ideally within the watch, fine jewelry, or specialty retail sectors, to become part of our team.
The Retail Operations Supervisor will play a vital role in assisting the Store Manager with all operational aspects, including driving sales, enhancing customer service, and overseeing staff training.
The Retail Operations Supervisor will assume the responsibilities of the Store Manager during their absence.Key Responsibilities:
Meet or surpass personal sales targets set by the Store Manager and develop comprehensive knowledge of the product range.
Manage store opening and closing procedures.
Support the Store Manager:
Achieve financial goals for the store.
Mentor and train store staff to help them reach their individual sales targets.
Recruit, onboard, and coach store personnel to ensure optimal performance.
Ensure adherence to company policies regarding CRM data capture, inventory management, revenue tracking, merchandising, and loss prevention.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure all team members provide the same high level of service.
Maintain the store's stability, security, and reputation by complying with corporate, legal, and security standards.
Ensure a tidy, professional work environment.
Oversee merchandise to guarantee cleanliness, accurate pricing, and proper display.
Perform watch servicing, including sizing and battery replacements as necessary.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.
Experience in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, cosmetics, specialty, or luxury retail is highly preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills are essential.
Must be organized and detail-oriented.
Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel), are required.
Availability and flexibility to work according to business needs, including weekends and evenings, is necessary.
