KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales Achievement:
  • Accountable for reaching store sales, EBITDA targets, and performance indicators through effective revenue-generating strategies and team performance oversight.
  • Mentor and develop team members to surpass individual and collective objectives.
  • Customer Experience Focus:
  • Guide and enhance staff capabilities to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Operational Management:
  • Meet all financial and operational targets concerning expense management, loss prevention, audits, and weekly reporting.
  • Product Presentation and Merchandising:
  • Implement and uphold visual merchandising standards in line with brand directives.
  • Evaluate market trends to identify sales opportunities and maintain visual merchandising excellence.
  • Human Resource Management/Team Development:
  • Responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, and overall success of employees within the store.
  • Foster positive employee relations by leading and nurturing a high-quality store team.
  • Ensure continuous coaching, feedback, and performance evaluation for all team members.

Qualifications:

  • Full-Time Position
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline preferred
  • 3-6 years of experience in high-volume retail management
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule is essential.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention.
  • Proficient computer skills, experience in staff development, and the ability to lead while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Capable of coordinating and managing a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to lift, push, and pull weights ranging from 25-50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
