About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our New Home Construction Sales and Business Development efforts. As Vice President, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships with national and regional home builders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at home builders, including CEOs, Presidents, and Sales Directors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales programs and initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the new home construction industry.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure SPAN remains a leader in the market.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong analytical and operational skills, with the ability to execute complex sales programs and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the new home construction industry and its trends and challenges.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of sales professionals, with a focus on developing and retaining top talent.
