The Client is a global leader in power management solutions, specializing in electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems across various industries. Their innovative products and services are tailored to enhance energy efficiency, ensure safety, and promote sustainable practices for their clientele. The Client operates in diverse sectors, including electrical systems, power distribution, vehicle solutions, hydraulic components, and industrial automation.

Compensation Range: $25-$30/Hr

Job Overview:
  • Evaluate customer financial statuses to optimize accounts receivable collections while delivering exceptional customer service to encourage timely payments.
  • This role also involves resolving invoice and contractual disputes related to CPS Services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate customer discrepancies or disputes, documenting the root causes.
  • Assist in ensuring timely payments and reducing the risk of customer disputes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to provide excellent customer service.
  • Follow up with customers to facilitate prompt payment of receivables.
  • Keep accurate records of collection activities and maintain electronic notes for each customer account.
  • Adhere to the Robinson-Pattman Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and Client Ethics Policy consistently.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • At least 1 year of experience in credit or collections analysis or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce or SAP.
  • Strong business writing and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • High ethical standards and the ability to influence decision-making.
  • Capable of managing ambiguity and making decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and professional demeanor.
Essential Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in credit or collections in a corporate environment, preferably within the finance or electrical industry.
  • Prior experience in collections or accounts receivable.
  • Background in finance is essential.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly in spreadsheet management and email communication.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication skills are necessary.
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with payment portals.
  • Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce.
