Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Analyst to join our team at Global Channel Management. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to business operations by performing processing tasks, updating Standard Operating Procedures, and performing a monthly review for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Technology, Operations, and other Payment teams to review current processes and procedures, identify efficiencies, and implement improvements.
  • Investigate customer complaints and recommend enhancements to our services.
  • Partner with Technology, Operations, and other Payment front-line teams for production testing and quality assurance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Information Technology, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and ensure standard terms and conditions are included in support of our risk framework.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to provide support to business owners in a fast-paced environment.
