Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Airgas. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for improving lead times of customer orders and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze customer backorders, drop ship orders, and aged customer orders to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure accurate lead times and resolve any issues that may impact customer orders
  • Communicate with branches and sales associates to identify potential substitute or alternative product offerings
  • Coordinate expedited delivery of products from vendors and distribution centers to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Develop strong relationships with branches and hardgood vendors to ensure seamless order processing
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some commercial collection experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge and experience in SAP
  • Strong hardgood product knowledge
  • Strong follow-up skills
