Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Airgas. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities- Review and analyze customer backorders, drop ship orders, and aged customer orders to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with vendors and branch teams to resolve order discrepancies and ensure timely delivery
- Develop and implement process improvements to reduce customer effort and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication to ensure customer needs are met
- Work closely with the branch team to ensure proper stocking levels and inventory management
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficient in Google Workspace and SAP
