About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Airgas. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze customer backorders and drop ship orders to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve order discrepancies and improve lead times
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce customer effort and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional communication and support to customers, branches, and sales associates
  • Coordinate expedited delivery of products from vendors and distribution centers to ensure timely order fulfillment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; commercial collection experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge and experience in SAP and hardgood product knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Google Workspace
