Job Title: Customer Experience Representative

At Airgas, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a key member of our collections team, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues related to billing, pricing, and other account-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers, branch managers, and other stakeholders to resolve disputes and resolve issues
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex customer issues
  • Work collaboratively with the collections team to achieve divisional collection goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Some commercial collection experience preferred
  • Experience with SAP and/or ERP systems a plus
  • Basic Excel/Google Sheets experience required
  • Proven track record of success in prior collection roles a plus
