Interim Patient Support Team Supervisor

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee team or group productivity to achieve or surpass the daily, weekly, and monthly objectives set by the Pharmacy Management team. Engage in training, continuous monitoring, coaching, and evaluation of team members. Inspire and encourage team performance through effective leadership and support.
KEY FUNCTIONS:
1. Direct team efforts to align with organizational goals.
2. Facilitate ongoing training and development for team members.
3. Provide constructive feedback and performance assessments.
4. Foster a motivating environment to enhance team morale and productivity.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in team leadership, particularly in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
