- Deliver support services in designated areas, including managing equipment exchanges, maintaining inventory records, and executing software installations and updates. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer and telecommunications systems.
- Educate users on the functionality of supported software and hardware, ensuring a comprehensive understanding from both user and technical viewpoints.
- Assist users in diagnosing and fixing computer-related issues, including malfunctioning hardware or software.
- Travel may be necessary using a personal vehicle.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including the potential for weekend shifts to cover for absences or planned upgrades.
Qualifications
- Associate degree and A+ certification are mandatory.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Access, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at prioritizing daily responsibilities.
Compensation: $26.20 - $33.95 per hour
