- Accurately and completely capture information and update systems appropriately.
- Provide availability, tracking, and shipping information for patients' medication as needed.
- Schedule treatments to be sent to the patient or patients' healthcare provider.
- Pharmacy experience and customer service skills are required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed service level goals.
