Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer calls, emails, and other requests from patients and/or healthcare providers while meeting or exceeding service level goals.
  • Accurately and completely capture information and update systems appropriately.
  • Provide availability, tracking, and shipping information for patients' medication as needed.
  • Schedule treatments to be sent to the patient or patients' healthcare provider.
Requirements
  • Pharmacy experience and customer service skills are required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed service level goals.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
