Compensation: $16.00/hr - $19.00/hr

Wise Auto Group is currently in search of a Customer Service Coordinator to enhance our team. This role involves welcoming and assisting clients and visitors to our organization.

The ideal candidate will create a positive and professional first impression for all guests. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for this position. A foundational understanding of administrative and clerical processes, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers with professionalism and assist them with their inquiries.
  • Ensure all customers are treated with respect and courtesy.
  • Handle a high volume of customer interactions through calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Support the sales team by responding to client inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess a valid Driver's License
  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred
  • Exhibit a helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
  • Able to manage confidential information with care
  • Demonstrate professional phone etiquette
  • Proficient in computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite
  • Detail-oriented with excellent customer service abilities
  • Maintain a positive attitude and be a quick learner
