**The Role**

We are seeking an Account Coordinator to support our Customer Experience team in onboarding and nurturing customers, ensuring a smooth experience for Compology customers.

**Responsibilities**

  • Care about all the details that make a difference in customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in implementing customer onboarding programs.
  • Coordinate operational activities with Field Operations and Finance teams.
  • Adequately address, solve, and track operational and administrative tasks to support Customer Success Managers and Field Operations Managers.
  • Communicate cross-functionally with internal team members to ensure customer activities are resolved on time and with high customer service.
  • Proactively identify customer issues, provide recommendations, and implement solutions.
  • Report on assigned projects status internally and externally.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by making customers love Compology.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all Compology functional areas.

**Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities**

  • At least 2 years of experience in account management, project management, event planning, or administrative assistance.
  • Demonstrable track record of providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Organized, detailed, process-oriented, sharp, self-motivated, and able to multitask without getting stressed.
  • Empathy and ability to anticipate customer needs.
  • Self-motivated, take initiative, and willing to get hands dirty.
  • Natural problem solver with a positive attitude, sense of urgency, and no-excuses mindset.
  • Clear and direct communicator with strong operational skills.
  • Computer savvy and able to use Google Docs.

**Bonus Points**

  • Experience working with or for industrial IoT companies.
  • Experience using Asana and Slack.
