Core Duties:

  • Manage inquiries and requests from residents, guests, and staff, providing timely assistance.
  • Facilitate transportation arrangements for residents and maintain precise records of all activities.
  • Handle incoming calls, offering information and directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Support residents in utilizing the SFT Communication Center effectively.
  • Conduct communication tasks, including distributing newsletters and updating essential messages.
  • Prepare necessary documentation and coordinate transportation services as needed.
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and report any concerns regarding potential abuse.
  • Document and report any accidents or unusual occurrences to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine enthusiasm for working with senior individuals.
  • Exceptional skills in customer service and communication.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English.
  • Strong multitasking abilities while maintaining a professional attitude.
  • Experience in handling cash transactions accurately.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or front desk roles is preferred.
