**Job Summary**
We're seeking a skilled Guest Experience Professional to join our team as a Front Desk Expert.
This role requires someone who can deliver exceptional service to our guests while taking ownership of the guest experience in various areas of the hotel.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to multitask, and possess excellent communication skills.
This position involves standing for extended periods, moving around the hotel, and lifting objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
