Hotel Guest Experience Specialist

We are seeking a Hotel Guest Experience Specialist to join our team at Sonesta International Hotels. In this critical role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and contributing to the hotel's overall success. Your primary focus will be on providing outstanding customer service, ensuring seamless front desk operations, and collaborating with other departments to achieve common goals.
Compensation PackageThe estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $75,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Hotel Guest Experience Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring prompt and professional responses to guest inquiries and concerns
- Managing front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes, room assignments, and guest communications
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve guest issues and improve overall hotel operations
To succeed in this role, applicants must possess:
- A bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality or customer service
