Job Summary

The Guest Experience Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in the complimentary breakfast area of a hotel. This individual must be well-versed on hotel-brand standards, guest expectations, and the unique characteristics of the hotel and local area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality service to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized breakfast area, ensuring that all amenities are available and easily accessible.
  • Anticipate and address guest needs, offering recommendations and suggestions to enhance their stay.
  • Work effectively with other departments to ensure seamless execution of guest requests.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must meet the legal age to serve alcoholic beverages and pass a responsible serving course.
  • Must obtain and provide a Food Handlers card.
