Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized guest service, responding to their needs and preferences.
  • Responsible for handling guest complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage guest communications, including phone calls, emails, and messages.
  • Assist with processing guest check-ins and check-outs, including verifying identification and handling payment.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide accurate recommendations to guests.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility with scheduling and adaptability to changing circumstances.
  • A basic understanding of computer systems and software.
  • A willingness to learn and grow with our company.

Salary: $28,000 - $38,000 per year, based on experience.
