Hotel Guest Services Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized guest service, responding to their needs and preferences.
- Responsible for handling guest complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage guest communications, including phone calls, emails, and messages.
- Assist with processing guest check-ins and check-outs, including verifying identification and handling payment.
- Stay up-to-date on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide accurate recommendations to guests.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility with scheduling and adaptability to changing circumstances.
- A basic understanding of computer systems and software.
- A willingness to learn and grow with our company.
Salary: $28,000 - $38,000 per year, based on experience.
