Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Guest Experience Associate to join our team at Marriott Hotels. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are clean and well-maintained
  • Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
  • Handle reservations and process payments accurately
  • Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests
