About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Market Development Representative to join our ENT team at Medtronic. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the ENT market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, nurses, and administrators.
  • Pursue leads, assess customer needs, and provide product support and services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's ENT products and/or services.
  • Provide technical support during cases and inform clinicians of patient treatment options.
  • Conduct and/or evaluate market research, including customers and competitors' activities.
  • Develop and implement market development plans/strategies and make changes as needed.
  • Assess customer needs and feedback regarding new products and/or modifications to existing products and communicate to internal stakeholders.
  • Establish effective relationships and collaborate with other departments to address key business issues and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of sales or clinical experience.
  • Operating room experience.
  • Relationships within the ENT space.
