Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Trainee to join our team at The Standard in Overland Park, KS. As a Sales Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting our Senior Sales Managers in executing customer outreach initiatives and developing engaging brand identities for our clients in the Kansas City area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with fellow Sales Trainees to execute promotional outreach campaigns and develop a larger customer base
  • Create excitement around our clients' brands to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Deliver presentations to potential customers to promote our clients' brands and increase profit margins
  • Track and manage customer questions and concerns
  • Identify opportunities to expand our clients' outreach in the local market
  • Maintain compliance with company and client standards

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in hospitality, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Experience in client or brand management
  • Comfortable presenting to both large and small groups
  • Effective communication skills and ability to connect with people
  • Desire to work in marketing, business development, or brand management
  • Passion for helping others and giving back to the community
