Job Title: Business Development Representative

HealthStream is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in generating interest, developing leads, and increasing market share for our healthcare workforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead follow-up, development, and qualification
  • Cold calling and follow-up with internal and external customers
  • Qualify all leads generated by HealthStream's website, trade shows, and inbound telephone inquiries
  • Gather relevant information for each lead before qualifying and handing off to sales
  • Develop a deep understanding of HealthStream's solutions, including target audience, value proposition, and best practices for successful implementation
Requirements:
  • Earned or in pursuit of a bachelor's degree in a related field or related experience
  • Internship or sales-related experience preferred
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Previous CRM experience preferred
  • Cold calling and/or lead generation experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written)
