Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Center Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a subject matter expert on NAA's products, programs, and services.
  • Maintain quality assurance and individual performance standards while contributing to department initiatives.
  • Assess a high volume of low to medium complexity customer needs and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner via a variety of mediums (email, phone, and chat).
  • Records notes on customer interactions and ensure accurate data is entered within our customer management systems.
  • Follow-up on all customer inquiries escalated internally.
  • Provide entry-level troubleshooting and resolution to routine customer issues.
  • Work to create engaged and satisfied clients by providing high support and attention to detail.
  • Act as liaison to one or more departments to identify opportunities and issues to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve appropriate resolutions.
Requirements
  • High school or equivalent.
  • Contact Center/Customer Service: 2 years minimum preferred.
  • Strong client facing and communication skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills with ability to balance multiple responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with the Internet and Microsoft Office products.
Work Environment

This position is hybrid-remote, with at least two days required per week in our Arlington, VA office - candidates must be located within a 50-mile radius of Arlington, VA or be willing to relocate.
