Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Specialist to join our team at Medical Equation Inc. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing clear and concise information to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Case Management: Manage client cases from start to finish, ensuring all necessary information is collected and processed efficiently.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments with clients and healthcare professionals, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, case progress, and appointment schedules.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex cases to senior team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance-related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
