The Role: Product Support Specialist
In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary support contact for our clients, embodying our brand and gaining a deep understanding of our clients' needs within the real estate industry and the evolving suite of products and services provided by InvestNext. This position requires a proactive approach to complex challenges, effective empathy, and the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced business environment. As part of a growing organization, you will take ownership of your responsibilities and play a crucial role in shaping the team, product, and company.
Your Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage customer support communications and optimize workflows to enhance response times
- Engage with clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and video calls, selecting the most appropriate method based on their needs
- Oversee customer satisfaction metrics, proactively addressing concerns from dissatisfied clients
- Monitor and respond to incoming customer feedback
- Participate in team meetings to stay informed and discuss priorities and challenges
- Resolve user issues and provide feedback to the product development team
- Assist new clients in onboarding to the platform, offering training and support
- Manage self-service customer resources, such as support articles and instructional videos, ensuring their relevance and effectiveness
- Contribute to testing new features and developing training materials to promote customer adoption

Salary Details
We are dedicated to ensuring fair compensation, transparency, and equal opportunities for career advancement. The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year, with final compensation being competitive within the market and based on your experience and responsibilities.
