Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Specialist to join our team at CityVet. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear and concise information about their appointments, services, and billing.
  • Appointment Management: Manage appointment check-ins, book new appointments, and coordinate with the team to ensure proper discharge information for various services.
  • Client Education: Understand and communicate the importance of scheduled appointments, client education, and lobby triage to ensure an efficient and productive schedule and daily workflow.
  • Client Welcome and Support: Greet and welcome all clients entering the clinic, checking patients in for their appointment, notifying clients of any appointment delays, and caring for clients during their wait.
