Key Responsibilities- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear and concise information about their appointments, services, and billing.
- Appointment Management: Manage appointment check-ins, book new appointments, and coordinate with the team to ensure proper discharge information for various services.
- Client Education: Understand and communicate the importance of scheduled appointments, client education, and lobby triage to ensure an efficient and productive schedule and daily workflow.
