Position Summary
This entry-level role is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service for EBQ. The primary responsibility involves engaging with clients to resolve their inquiries, provide assistance, and ensure their needs are met. The goal of this position is to uphold superior customer service standards, respond promptly and accurately to client questions, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally through phone, email, and chat to offer support and information regarding products or services.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring effective resolution of issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account information.
- Continuously enhance knowledge about EBQ's clientele to deliver quality service.
- Internalize and accurately apply EBQ processes, industry best practices, and relevant tools.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly performance targets set by management.
- Receive and implement training and guidance from company leadership.
- Adhere to company policies and core values.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment and represent EBQ professionally to clients.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Self-motivated and disciplined individual with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven.
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with tools such as Outlook, Microsoft Suite, G-Suite, and CRM systems like HubSpot is advantageous but not mandatory.
Physical Requirements
The physical demands described are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. While executing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to communicate effectively. The employee often needs to stand, walk, use hands for handling tasks, and reach with arms. The ability to lift up to 15 pounds may be necessary at times.
