What will your responsibilities include?

With a talent for business development and working from your own office, you will engage with new and returning clients in your territory; understanding their needs, you will provide a truly consultative Rust-Oleum solution.

Sales activities will involve a blend of existing business as well as pursuing new clients and projects.
Work closely with your manager to meet and exceed sales objectives.
Participate in overseeing the successful execution of product installations, ensuring maximum client satisfaction.

Project management responsibilities include ensuring the availability of materials on-site, guaranteeing that construction teams have all necessary resources, and addressing any installation challenges that may arise.

A comprehensive turn-key operation ensures a smooth installation process and aids in securing future projects in different areas or buildings.
You will participate in an enriching training program spanning two years, traveling to our headquarters for scheduled training sessions.

Base Salary Range:
$60,000 - $80,000

Uncapped Commission potential (First 2 years):

$15,000 - $50,000

Supplemental Pay Types:
Commission Pay, Bonus Pay

What is required?

Experience in B2B, end-user sales; experience in construction, commercial, or industrial sectors is preferred.
Proven success in Business Development and Project Management; engaging at all levels.
Strong ability to learn a new industry.
High level of initiative, mature judgment, and self-motivation.
