About the Role

RideNow Powersports is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Internet Sales Professional to drive online sales and provide exceptional customer service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming online leads and respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
  • Provide product information and answer customer questions about powersports vehicles.
  • Assist customers in the online purchasing process, including completing sales transactions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Set up appointments for customers to view powersports vehicles in person.
Requirements
  • Prior sales experience, preferably in a retail or online sales environment.
  • Knowledge and passion for powersports vehicles.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate online platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated and target-oriented.
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings as required.
  • Valid driver's license.
