Position Overview

Openwork, LLC is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator for Call Center Operations. This role involves overseeing the placement of election personnel at designated locations during election periods.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver exceptional customer service through frequent phone interactions and email correspondence.
  2. Assist election personnel with the registration process for training, identifying available clerks, scheduling supply pickups, and securing backup staff and potential judges.
  3. Maintain and update various databases including Excel spreadsheets, Election Management Systems, and Airtable. Proficient data entry and computer skills are essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, with prior experience required.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Typing speed of 40+ WPM is mandatory.
  5. Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  6. Self-motivated and capable of working independently while maintaining high performance standards.
  7. Negotiation skills are a plus.
Education and Experience:
  1. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Physical Requirements:
  1. Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
  2. Must be able to lift items weighing up to 35 pounds.
