Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Materials Coordinator to join our team at Magnum Staffing Services, Inc. This is a key role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement and Inventory Management: Coordinate the procurement of materials and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory levels.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Partner with internal stakeholders, including production teams and engineering departments, to ensure seamless material flow and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve material-related issues, including receiving discrepancies and stock level discrepancies.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: One (1) or more years of relevant experience in a materials management or supply chain role.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 5%.
