Work Schedule:
Hybrid - Monday through Friday (2 days in the office, 3 days remote, based on scheduling needs)

Working Hours:
8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible hours available)

Employment Type:
Full-time/Contract - Initial 6-month contract with potential for extension or direct hire.

Key Responsibilities:
To excel in this role, the individual must effectively carry out the following duties:
1. Conduct candidate searches utilizing various sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms.
2. Perform initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate suitability for open positions.
3. Represent MedNational Staffing at job fairs and career events.
4. Welcome and guide candidates during their interview process.
5. Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers, including phone, in-person, and virtual formats.
6. Act as the primary contact for candidates, addressing inquiries regarding the interview process and providing necessary preparation support.
7. Arrange and oversee candidate travel logistics.
8. Facilitate communication between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters throughout the interview phase.
9. Engage in Recruiter Training and self-directed learning of recruitment processes and best practices.
10. Post job openings in the applicant tracking system and manage webcam interview scheduling.
11. Participate in the onboarding process for new employees.

Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED (accredited)

Experience:
A minimum of four years of relevant experience in Human Resources or Recruitment.

Compensation:
$23.00 per hour
