Position Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Location: Houston, TX

Schedule: Hybrid - Monday through Friday (2 days in office, 3 days remote)

Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm (Flexible)

Job Type: Full-time/Contract - Initial 6-month contract with potential for extension or direct hire.

Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Talent team in sourcing and identifying top-tier candidates. This position serves as a representative of MedNational Staffing, ensuring candidates have a positive and memorable experience with the organization.

Tools and Software:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, ORC, HireVue, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough candidate searches utilizing various sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Perform initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs and recruitment events.
  • Facilitate candidate interviews by scheduling and escorting them to meetings.
  • Act as the primary contact for candidates, addressing inquiries regarding the interview process.
  • Coordinate and manage candidate travel arrangements.
  • Serve as a liaison among candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters throughout the interview process.
  • Engage in Recruiter Training and self-directed learning to enhance knowledge of processes.
  • Research and implement best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Post job openings in the applicant tracking system.
  • Schedule virtual interviews.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.

Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
Experience: Minimum of four years in HR or Recruitment.

Compensation:
Hourly rate of $23.00

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday

Relocation Requirement:
Must be able to relocate prior to employment.
