Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Human Resources department to perform daily administrative HR functions, assist in onboarding, recruitment, and interviewing, as well as open enrollment and special projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Coordination
    • Assist with recruitment coordination, including interview arrangement, collecting and recording interview feedback, and timely candidate follow-ups
  • Employee Data Management
    • Upload and customize employee data and election information for benefits, deductions, PTO accruals, certifications, raise and promotion payroll data, etc.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding
    • Complete Onboarding/Offboarding employee checklist with guidance
  • Benefit Administration
    • Support benefit administration by helping administer enrollment forms and performing ad-hoc audits of deductions and invoices as necessary
  • Confidentiality and Professionalism
    • Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards
  • Additional Duties
    • Apply equal amounts of skills and dedication to all other duties as assigned
