Job Summary

This is a senior-level position that requires a strategic professional with expertise in marketing program management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team of program managers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Management: Manage the execution of projects, including business process engineering, automation, technology, and new partner launches.
  2. Program Management: Provide expertise and guidance related to program management processes and policies, oversee the work of the program management team, and work with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and execute projects and programs.
  3. Process Improvement: Ensure the proper controls are in place and processes are well documented and monitored on a regular basis.
  4. Campaign Technology: Contribute to the campaign technology/automation roadmap, strategy, and tactical implementation for Marketing.
  5. Team Management: Manage a team of program managers, including resource planning, risk and issue management, and reporting on project metrics.
  6. Project Steering: Run the project steering committee, ensuring all stakeholders are well informed of active projects and project prioritizations are aligned with company and department strategies.
  7. Performance Metrics: Provide metrics on teams and project performance to ensure the growth and development of the team and provide a foundation for making data-driven decisions.
  8. Communication: Develop key dashboards and communication plans to keep all parties up to date regarding project statuses and issues.
  9. Compliance: Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 10+ years of experience in marketing program management.
  2. Skills: Excellent planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytical skills, expertise in Waterfall, agile, and process improvement methodologies, and expertise with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Sharepoint, etc.
  3. Education: Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
