Overview:

As a key player within Citi Retail Services, the Strategic Program Management Analyst is a seasoned professional who remains informed about advancements in their field and contributes to the overarching strategy by applying insights relevant to their role and the organization. They are recognized as a technical authority in a specific domain within the business, necessitating a fundamental understanding of commercial dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that marketing initiatives are crafted and executed seamlessly to achieve business objectives.
  • Engage in the development of testing strategies, create campaign timelines, conduct routine audits, and utilize analytical thinking to identify and address potential challenges.
  • Evaluate impacts and determine the necessity for additional testing to maintain overall channel integrity.
  • Work alongside business partners to implement campaigns and initiatives that foster acquisition growth and enhance customer engagement.
  • Make informed decisions and recommendations based on data analytics.
  • Identify and resolve issues effectively.
  • Assist in the monthly reconciliation of budgets and processing of marketing invoices to ensure accurate vendor execution.
  • Oversee internal legal and creative review processes for marketing campaigns.
  • Assess risks associated with business decisions, demonstrating a commitment to the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience in marketing and the retail banking/financial services sector.
  • Proven experience in Marketing Campaign Program Management.
  • Advanced project management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Excellent presentation skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive under tight deadlines in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Education:

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
