The role has a significant impact on the area through complex deliverables and provides counsel related to the technology or operations of the organization. The work affects an entire division, ultimately influencing the overall performance and effectiveness of the job family.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that marketing initiatives are designed and executed effectively to achieve business objectives. Engage in the implementation of testing strategies, developing campaign timelines, conducting regular audits, and applying analytical thinking to identify and address potential challenges.
  • Work alongside business partners to implement campaigns and initiatives that promote growth in acquisitions and enhance customer engagement.
  • Make informed decisions and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Identify issues and manage them to resolution.
  • Assist with the reconciliation of monthly budgets and processing of marketing invoices to ensure proper execution by vendors.
  • Oversee internal legal and creative reviews and approvals for marketing initiatives.
  • Evaluate risks when making business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the organization's reputation and safeguarding its assets by ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies, while applying sound ethical judgment in personal conduct and business practices.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience in marketing and the financial services sector.
  • Proven experience in managing marketing campaign programs.
  • Advanced project management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Solid presentation skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
