SIE is currently seeking multiple Rail Construction Project Engineers to assist with various transit construction initiatives. This role will focus on overseeing construction management, ensuring quality, adhering to schedules, and achieving overall client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage construction activities for multidisciplinary rail projects
  • Inspect, monitor, and supervise field construction tasks
  • Review contractor schedules and payment requests
  • Conduct constructability assessments
  • Coordinate efforts with MTA and other relevant stakeholders

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in rail construction projects, including stations, line structures, communication systems, and track work
  • Familiarity with MTA C&D (including NYCT, LIRR, MNR), Amtrak, NJ Transit, and PANYNJ
  • Strong communication skills and a solid work ethic
  • OSHA 30, PMG123 Training, and NYCT Track Training are preferred

The anticipated salary range for this position is $72,800 - $124,800 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, and work location.
