Position Overview:
As a Project Engineer, you will collaborate with the team to plan, develop, coordinate, and oversee onsite construction engineering activities for Heavy Highway and bridge projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project engineering functions and personnel, including planning, administration, work assignments, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance of project engineering activities with company standards and contract requirements, supporting the overall construction schedule (using Primavera P6).
- Provide technical support for construction efforts, including participation in planning and design, interpreting designs, applying construction methods, resolving design conflicts, and conducting contractibility reviews.
- Develop, implement, and manage project engineering procedures and other work controlling documents, such as submittals, RFIs, material delivery expedites, and payment requests for subcontractors and vendors.
- Represent the company and project during meetings with architects, engineers, clients, and project management.
- Collaborate with all onsite departments to resolve issues and ensure construction quality in alignment with the project schedule.
- Oversee pre-construction services, design-build services, and business development for the project.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by your supervisor.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is preferred, or equivalent technical training and experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant construction engineering experience is required.
- Experience with bridge projects is highly desirable.

Skills and Competencies:


- Advanced knowledge of construction engineering technologies, codes, and standards, along with a deep understanding of the interrelationships among various functional units.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead a diverse team.
- Registration as a Professional Engineer is preferred but not mandatory.
