Position Summary
We are in search of a seasoned leader with exceptional communication skills to take on the role of Senior Technical Program Manager. This individual will spearhead the planning and execution of technical initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery. The ideal candidate will have a fervent interest in aerospace technology and a proven history of successful program management.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the creation and management of comprehensive technical program schedules and financial plans.
- Direct the execution and successful delivery of multiple technical projects.
- Foster a productive and innovative environment that empowers the technical team to focus on critical tasks by implementing best practices in program management.
- Expand the program management capabilities and team at Crgo.
- Establish, operationalize, and monitor agreements with external partners, contractors, and vendors, ensuring successful collaboration.
- Facilitate communication and operations between internal and external technical teams to enhance collaboration and productivity.
- Approach challenges proactively and creatively, enabling efficient problem-solving.
- Maintain a positive and dynamic workplace atmosphere through a proactive and optimistic approach.

Travel Requirements
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering or a related discipline.
- Over 8 years of program management experience within the aerospace or automotive sectors.
- Proven experience in delivering complex hardware and software systems in a similar capacity.
- Experience in developing R&D plans for intricate technical projects.
- Background in the aviation, automotive, or robotics industries.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities and technical demands.

Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years in leadership roles with personnel management responsibilities.
- Successful track record of launching high-performance hardware products in a technical program management or project management capacity.
- Proven ability to align priorities, coordinate timelines, and manage complex scope, resource, and schedule adjustments.
- Experience overseeing engineering projects from inception to delivery.
- Familiarity with program management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
- Excellent skills in partner and contractor management.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
