At Premier Rental Purchase, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing rental accounts, ensuring timely payments, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage rental accounts to ensure timely payments and minimize delinquencies
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of rental merchandise and services
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the rental industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
