Senior Account Operations Manager

KPMG is seeking a Senior Account Operations Manager to join our Growth and Strategy organization. This role will be responsible for driving account operations strategy and communication, working with account leadership to develop and implement account growth initiatives and operational process enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Drive account operations strategy and communication
Work with account leadership to develop and implement account growth initiatives and operational process enhancements
Project manage the implementation and integration of client Vendor Management Systems (VMS) into account processes
Oversee account operations onshore and offshore resources and provide direction/oversight to ensure effective collaboration and information sharing
Set up and oversee Contractor Labor Programs
Requirements
Minimum eight years of recent experience in one or more business related areas such as, Financial and Data Analysis, Project Management and Business Operations
Minimum two years of recent experience with people management
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, finance or related field; Master's degree from an accredited college/university preferred
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and data analysis/reporting in Excel is required; experience with collaboration platforms, Customer Relationship Databases and Vendor Management Systems is preferred
