Job Title: Territory Sales Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Territory Sales Executive to join our team at Kustom US INC. in Phoenix, AZ. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with commercial properties, third-party administrators, and other organizations that can lead to quality referrals.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve targets in the assigned territory.
* Build and maintain relationships with current and potential commercial clients.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various strategies.
* Educate clients on the company's restoration services and tailor solutions to their needs.
* Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
* Negotiate and close deals, striving to meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in restoration or a related industry.
* Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
* Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Compensation and Benefits:
Estimated annual salary: $70,000 - $100,000 based on experience and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan matching.
