The Role:

You will be the face of A Place for Mom in hospitals and skilled nursing facilities, building relationships with healthcare professionals and families. Your goal is to generate leads, drive move-ins, and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  • Work in a fast-paced industry to help families and professional referral sources find suitable senior care options.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets by generating qualified patient referrals from assigned market plan accounts.
  • Maintain a portfolio of clients, including social workers, case managers, and discharge planners, within your open territory.
  • Cultivate new contacts through networking, cold calls, and service presentations, following up on discharge outcomes to reinforce value delivery.
  • Educate families on care options and work with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to find the right solution.
  • Leverage reports in our CRM to develop and manage your pipeline, piloting new initiatives and providing feedback to improve tools and resources.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Two or more years of outside sales experience with exceptional prospecting and lead generation abilities.
  • Knowledge of the Senior Living Industry.
  • Hospital/skilled nursing facility sales experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and collaborating with teams.
  • Relationship-driven with a strategic mindset.
  • Presentation skills with target customers and objection handling.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, willing to roll up sleeves and adapt to change.

Schedule and Compensation:

  • Daily fieldwork, working with your Regional Director to build account plans and deliver on monthly targets.
  • Base Salary: $90,000.
  • On-target Earnings: $125,000+ (uncapped).
  • Benefits: 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, vision insurance, paid time off.
