Healthcare Sales Executive

The Role:
You will be the face of A Place for Mom in hospitals and skilled nursing facilities, building relationships with healthcare professionals and families. Your goal is to generate leads, drive move-ins, and deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
- Work in a fast-paced industry to help families and professional referral sources find suitable senior care options.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets by generating qualified patient referrals from assigned market plan accounts.
- Maintain a portfolio of clients, including social workers, case managers, and discharge planners, within your open territory.
- Cultivate new contacts through networking, cold calls, and service presentations, following up on discharge outcomes to reinforce value delivery.
- Educate families on care options and work with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to find the right solution.
- Leverage reports in our CRM to develop and manage your pipeline, piloting new initiatives and providing feedback to improve tools and resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Two or more years of outside sales experience with exceptional prospecting and lead generation abilities.
- Knowledge of the Senior Living Industry.
- Hospital/skilled nursing facility sales experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and collaborating with teams.
- Relationship-driven with a strategic mindset.
- Presentation skills with target customers and objection handling.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, willing to roll up sleeves and adapt to change.
Schedule and Compensation:
- Daily fieldwork, working with your Regional Director to build account plans and deliver on monthly targets.
- Base Salary: $90,000.
- On-target Earnings: $125,000+ (uncapped).
- Benefits: 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, vision insurance, paid time off.
