Account Executive

A Place for Mom is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including social workers, case managers, and discharge planners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Analyze sales data and pipeline performance to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the Senior Living Industry and experience working with healthcare professionals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $90,000 base salary.
- Uncapped on-target earnings: $125,000+.
