About the Role

This is a part-time position located on-site at our modern work environment. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of our traditional department for haberdashery and wool.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of sewing, knitting, and crocheting
  • Assist customers in finding the right products and services
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals
