JJS Culinary Service Associate II - Full Time

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing meals for youth, clients, and staff. A Food Handler's permit is required (or must be obtained during employment with the State).

Key Responsibilities Prepares, cooks, and serves regular and/or specialized meals for clients and staff. Ensures food is kept at safe temperatures. Prepares salads, garnishes, and assists with basic food preparation and ordering. Distributes food while adhering to proper food handling and sanitation practices. Implements food safety measures and public health standards. Manages inventory effectively. Tracks and maintains receipts. Cleans, sanitizes, and disinfects work areas and equipment. Utilizes cleaning agents, products, and equipment safely. Ideal Candidate Profile
We seek a motivated individual who enjoys cooking, follows recipes diligently, and is committed to providing nutritious meals to our youth.
Preference Criteria
Preference may be given to candidates aged 19 years or older.
