Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct nutrition education sessions for research participants.
- Assist in the recruitment and enrollment of study participants.
- Perform participant assessments, focusing on dietary record analysis.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Physical Requirements: Office work combined with the ability to conduct clinical assessments.
Work Schedule: This is a full-time exempt position, requiring flexibility in hours, including early morning and evening commitments.
Position Level: The role may be classified as either Coordinator or Specialist based on the candidate's experience.

Qualifications
